It is located a few kilometres north of the Golf Club. Visitors can experience the beautiful landscaped and sounds of a tropical rainforest. Cool streams meander through tropical forest and waterfalls cascade into rocky pools. It is an excellent location for picnics, the park has a camping ground and all the basic amenities.

” Melati Lake ”, which has about 150 islets, is located in marshy lowland about 8 kilometers north of Kangar. Crystal clear waters enable one to see the bottom of the lake. Boating is o favorite activity here and one can take a “sampan” (Malay boat) from one islet to another A network of elevated walkways over the water provides vantage viewpoints for visitors. A playground with pavements painted with Disney characters promises the young a real fun time.

It is a challenging par 72, 18-hole golf course, reputed for its technically difficult and challenging course. It is located near the Snake and Reptile Farm and is one of the locations of the annual Tourism Development Corporation — Malaysian Airlines (TDC-MAS) golf competition.
